Description

At She's the First, we believe in a world where every girl can choose her own future. We team up with grassroots organizations to ensure girls everywhere are educated, respected, and heard.

She's the First operates in two pillars of work: Strengthening the ecosystem of girls' organizations and engaging in girl-led advocacy. Our ecosystem strengthening initiatives provide capacity building, tools and resources, and flexible funding to grassroots girls' organizations, and our girl-led advocacy initiatives provide resources, tools, and a network to girls and their allies working for local and global girls' rights. Each year, we work with 60+ grassroots organizations who impact more than 38,000 girls, and reach an additional 130,000 girls and allies globally via our advocacy toolkits and initiatives.
