Estée Lauder Companies
- F Funder
Description
Estée Lauder Companies focus on prestige makeup, skin care, fragrance and hair care with a diverse portfolio of 25+ brands sold in approximately 150 countries and territories. Estée Lauder helps girls worldwide acquire the necessary tools and skills to become healthy and productive adults; to effect lasting change for themselves, their families, and their communities; and to break the cycle of poverty.
In places where we work, source or sell our products, we make financial, product, matching and in-kind donations across our company, our brands and through The Estée Lauder Companies Charitable Foundation (ELCCF). The Estée Lauder Companies Charitable Foundation (ELCCF) - Fueled by our company values and employees’ passions, the mission of the ELCCF is to improve the well-being of our diverse global communities, with an emphasis on women and girls. We focus our efforts on three pillars: health, education and the environment and make annual grants to organizations in the United States and around the world that align with these pillars. The Estée Lauder Companies Charitable Foundation (ELCCF) launched programming in fiscal year 2016, providing corporate funds and resources to support education programs in more than 13 countries. Today, ELCCF’s Girls’ Education Initiative supports organizations working to enhance girls’ access to quality education and provide the skills they need to bring about lasting change for themselves and their communities, while giving them the support needed to grow into leadership roles as women.
