Key Information

The Tiko Program offers sexual reproductive health and rights counselling services to girls between the age of 15-19 coupled with life skills and information on contaceptives in the quest of reducing teenage pregnancies, school drop outs, early marriages and unsafe abortion.

Amazon Theatrix Ensemble (ATE) works to counsel and refering girls to take services in designated clinics in eight wards in Kisumu County, namely Kondele, Migosi, Manyatta B, Kolwa Central, Nyallenda A and B, Railways and Kajulu Wards. The project leverarges on technology to adress the welfare of girls in the community by creating platform for them to explore their potential while learning their Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights through Tiko Club sessions in which girls share and learn form eachother on social issues affecting them in the community.
