Convocatoria Universidades por la Igualdad de Género
- F Funding Initiative/Portfolio
I Inactive
Key Information
The Ministry of Education in Argentina has initiated a funding opportunity for universities and tertiary institutions, aimed at enabling them to implement projects that enhance and fortify Gender Equality policies and initiatives both within their institutions and throughout the academic community. Each university has the opportunity to submit a project proposal. These projects should encompass a detailed development plan that outlines specific activities to be executed over a 12-month period in 2022 and 2023. In order to be considered, the projects must encompass both general and specific objectives, comprehensive data regarding the current situation they aim to address, and clear-cut goals with measurable indicators to monitor progress and assess impact. Additionally, the proposals should provide a diagnostic assessment of the existing gender equality measures within their respective institutions. The primary objectives of this call for proposals are as follows:
- Encourage the establishment of dedicated institutional spaces for the advancement of Gender Policies in universities.
- Enhance the institutional capabilities of universities to formulate and implement effective Gender Policies.
- Drive specific actions that promote fairness and equality within the educational community.
