It has three components. . The third component, the Scholarship Program (US$1 million)  began in 2021 to target the scholarships and continue the focus on ensuring training programs are aligned with the needs of the labor market and linked to opportunities for employment, the program focused on financing scholarships in key areas: (i) tourism and ICT with a focus on courses aligned with the six new national qualification frameworks developed with the support of the project ; and (ii) information from various employers and sectors on expected job opportunities over the next 2 years from a 2021 study produced by the new National Labor Market Observatory.
