Key Information

Leaders of learning is a program designed by Dignitas in response to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and the underlying educational needs that have emerged from school closures. This program is designed to equip, empower and support leaders within their skills enabling them to become community champions during this time of crisis. Leaders of learning take active roles in working with household clusters to provide learning and support the well-being of families. Dignitas coaches equip Leaders of learning with tools and techniques to ensure learners are engaged. Training and coaching are delivered remotely by Dignitas leadership coaches on a weekly basis.
