Key Information

The specific goal of PREAT is to improve the access conditions and quality of primary education infrastructure in the poorest areas, in order to establish and/or restore primary education services for the populations most affected by school exclusion and areas most affected by refugee and return border crises. By contracting and developing more transparent and effective career management policies, and by fully allocating qualified teachers, improving access to and fair opportunities, it can help alleviate the financial burden on communities to pay for teacher benefits. In textbooks, flagstones, and instructional guides, Strengthen the skills of teachers and various actors in the education chain, and establish a national system to evaluate students' educational achievements. By developing high-quality education programs that help address this issue, increase the opportunities for youth and adults, as well as out of school and out of school adolescents, to access literacy and informal basic education programs. Eliminate illiteracy, reduce the severity of school exclusion, improve the management performance and guidance of the system, and modernize its information system. Four components have been identified for this project: Component 1: Improving primary education opportunities; Component 2: Improving tutoring and teaching conditions; Component 3: Improving the supply and quality of literacy and informal basic education; Component 4: Enhancing leadership and management capabilities
