Key Information
The Development Objective of the Project for the Improvement of Education System Performance (PAPSE) is to improve quality, equity, and access in the education sector. Components of this project include improving pedagogical support for reading, mathematics and science through teacher training, revising curricula, reinforcing institutional capacity to deliver distance learning, and strengthening the management capacity of the education sector at all levels. A national gender module is also being developed, and distribution of menstrual hygiene products is being supported as part of cross-cutting gender support.
