Key Information

Advocacy Initiative for Youth Development is a registered refugee-led organization offering a fit-for-purpose program in Kakuma refugee camp. This program involves digital and soft skills traininig for a period of six months. The program is designed for people between the ages of 14 to 35 years old. The vision is to give more than 45,000 refugees equal access to in-demand tech and soft skills training by 2030. Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty among refugees by increasing job placement opportunities.
