Key Information
Digital Skills are key not only to socio-economic development but also to crime(GBV) and poverty reduction. In their bid to empower young people particularly the girls in Nsukka, #EquityWatchInitiative in partnership with #IGWikimediansUserGroup organized a sensitization program yesterday, 10th June, 2023 at National Energy Research Center, University of Nigeria Nsukka tagged “E-WIN Digital Skill Acquisition for Transformation and Empowerment” to raise awareness and motivate the young people to take actions to acquire/improve their digital skills. The event had in attendance about 180 participants including notable personalities in the digital who were there to give their supports.
