Description
The ELMA Foundation invests in organizations that improve the lives of children in Africa. Focus areas include building the workforce to support children; improving maternal and newborn care; early childhood development; ensuring that children and adolescents with HIV are identified, treated early, and maintained on treatment; eliminating neglected tropical diseases, and private sector solutions to improve access to quality health and education. Investments in early childhood development are concentrated in Ghana, Rwanda, South Africa, Uganda, and Zambia.
