Pacific Links Foundation has 20+ years of experience delivering innovative, evidence-based solutions to increase access to education and prevent human trafficking in Vietnam and transit and destination countries across Asia and Europe. We work to improve access to reliable information and safe job opportunities - keys to reducing trafficking and forced labor in the supply chain - and incorporate technology to scale reach. Our initiatives empower disadvantaged women and youth with the knowledge and skills to improve economic prospects:

Education Portfolio

  • Long-term academic, vocational training & job placement scholarships
  • Online learning platform to build self-learning habits & digital fluency, including English learning, workforce preparedness, and mentorship
  • Specialized camps focusing on life skills, STEM, exploration, English learning, and more.

Modern Slavery Prevention Portfolio 

  • Protection & Awareness:
    • Shelter and community-based reintegration services for trafficking survivors to build resilience
    • Community outreach activities and campaigns
    • Responders' training & support 
  • Supply Chain:
    • PAXU Workers' Wellbeing & Growth mobile app to help migrant workers find jobs safe, upskill and thrive
    • Training for factory managers and workers to reduce trafficking and forced labor risks

Since 2001, we have served over 250,000 women and youth in a culturally competent context to build a brighter tomorrow with the support of a global network of public and private entities.
