Description
Kenya Adult Learners' Association's (KALA) provides opportunities for adult and youth in adult literacy long-term interventions to take responsibility of their learning needs and give them a platform to articulate their perspectives on literacy, community development, and to influence policy implementation of the program.
The Association forms a vital resource base for innovative programs such as economic empowerment, functional adult literacy, and continuing education, which catalyze the participation of adult learners in sustainable development programs in Kenya.
