Women's Global Education Project (WGEP)
- A Advocate
- I Implementer
Description
Our mission is to empower young people, particularly women and girls, in rural areas of sub-Saharan Africa through education to build better lives and foster more equitable communities. Since 2004, our girls' education, leadership, and literacy programs have impacted over 18,000 people in 172 of the most impoverished communities in Senegal and Kenya. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to attend school and obtain a quality education.
