Description
Caritas Kigoma is the pastoral and development arm of the Catholic Diocese of Kigoma entrusted with the task to facilitate development, relief, and social welfare activities of the diocese in Kigoma Diocese (Region). Caritas Kigoma was established in 1983 under the Registered Trustees of the Catholic Diocese of Kigoma, as a facilitating agent of pastoral and development activities of the diocese. Caritas Kigoma has four main sections: community development, relief and social services, Gender and Development (GAD) and administration, each entrusted with specific area to facilitate.
